The meeting will be held at The Lodge Resort in Cloudcroft, New Mexico. Plenary sessions will be held in the Pavillion Hall, ~ 1/4 mile down the road from the hotel, and the parallel sessions in the Trestle Room and/or the Marcia Room.
Please make your reservation at your soonest, but not later than Tuesday, 11 November. Our contract with the hotel allows the hotel to release our block reservation after that date. To make your reservation, call The Lodge Resort, 1-800-395-6343, and mention the “BOSS 2014 Collaboration Meeting” to get the group rate. You cannot book online; it says “there is no availability” for those dates, because we have reserved all of the rooms for our meeting.
The rates for the rooms at The Lodge Resort are $83 for the standard rooms with King/Queen beds, and $99 for the larger Suites. There are also some standard rooms available at the Pavillion Hall for $83 and some 2 bedroom condos at the Spur Landing Condos for $129.
If you’d like to share a room or the 2 bedroom condo, please make arrangements with The Lodge Resort reservation staff.
If you are arriving early or leaving late, please arrange that directly with the hotel. We have block room reservation for the period, December 2-7. Currently, there are only a limited number of rooms available for Saturday night, December 6th, although more may become available in the future. If you were not able to book a room for Saturday night, December 6, please consider booking a room in one of many hotels available in either El Paso or Alamogordo.
